Nachdem wir unsere Esperanza über eine Woche nicht gesehen und vermisst haben, steht sie nun in Cartagena und wartet geduldig auf die Weiterfahrt. Sie ist nicht ganz so komfortabel untergebracht wie Clemen und ich (Link einbauen), aber ich denke mal, sie merkt das nicht.

Jedenfalls steht sie auf diesem Platz sicher (auch wenn das vielleicht nicht so aussieht) und das in Sicht- und Reichweite, direkt neben unserem Wohnhochhaus. Der Platz wird wohl als möglichst profitables Grundstück für künftige Hochhäuser (vorläufig) nicht bebaut und bietet stattdessen Bussen, Strandbesuchern, die einen Parkplatz suchen, und vor allem Strandverkäufern, die hier ihre ambulanten Stände beladen, säubern (!!!) und nachts abstellen.

Esperanza practica la paciencia

Después de no haber visto a Esperanza una semana la extrañamos. Ella está estacionada en Cartagena y espera pacientemente la continuación del viaje. Ella no tiene un espacio tan confortable como Clemen y yo (link einbauen), pero pienso que no lo nota:

En todo caso está en este lugar segura (aunque no lo pareciera, pero lo es) y podemos verla desde nuestro apartamento en el 21 piso. El lugar, done Esperanza, todavía no ha sido construido para edificios modernos y ofrece parqueamiento a buses y visitantes de la playa que buscan un sitio para estacionar sus autos. Más que nada vendedores ambulantes que estacionan sus quioscos rodantes, los limpian (¡¡¡!!!) , un lugar seguro para pernoctar.

Esperanza is practicing patience

After not having seen Esperanza for over a week and missing her dearly, she is now in Cartagena waiting patiently for driving on again. She has not been accommodated as comfortably as us (link einbauen), but I think she does not recognize it:

Anyway, she is parked in a safe place (even though it does not look like that) and we can even see her from our apartment next door. This place is probably not yet for sale, because the owners might be waiting for prices to go further up. Instead it used by bus companies and beach visitors, who are looking for a cheap and safe place for their vehicles. And it is especially popular with beach vendors, who use it to load and clean (!!!) their movable food stalls, and park them overnight in this secure place.
