In  Peñiscola  hat unsere Reise praktisch begonnen. Das war am 23 Vovemer 2013 bei Sonnenschein und angenehmen Temperaturen.

Peñiscola ist ein moderner und gepflegter Badeort an der  Costa de Azahar la costa, der „Orangenküste“.

Gleich hinter unserem Campingplatz gibt es ein kleines und ruhiges Naturschutzgebiet.

Was uns aber am meisten beiindruckte war das historische Zentrum der mittelalterlichen Stadt, das auf einem mächtigen Felsen am Südende der Bucht gelegen ist.

Bei unserem Spaziergang durch die Stadt treffen wir auch auf eine „fiesta“ der einheimischen Bevölkerung:

Peñiscola hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

En  Peñiscola  ha empezado prácticamente nuestro viaje el 23 de noviembre del 2013 con sol abierto y temperaturas agradables.

Peñiscola es un balneario moderno y muy cuidado en la Costa de Azahar la costa de las naranjas.i

Justo detrás de nuestro camping hay un reservorio natural pequeño y tranquilo.

Lo que más nos impresionó fue el centro histórico de la ciudad medieval ubicada en una roca en el sector sur de la bahía.Vor

En nuestro paseo por la ciudad observamos también esta ¨fiesta¨

Peñiscola nos gustó mucho.

Prctically our trip began in  Peñiscola. This was on November 23, 2013. The sun was shining and we enjoyed very comfortable temperatures.

Peñiscola is a modern and neat spa on the Costa de Azahar.

Right behind our campground there was a small and very tranquil nature reserve.

What impressed us most, was the historical centre of the medieval town, which is located on a big rock at the southern tip of the bay.

On a walk through the old part of Peñisciola we run into a street „fiesta“ of the local people:

We liked Peñiscola very much.
